These are a few of the texts and documents used in our research. These texts were acquired form academic contacts, or collected through research groups, and many are getting more difficult to find online.

House of Dubhrós is proud to host these documents because we believe in doing all we can to farther the study of folklore both by the academic and the layman.

Antiquities

A collection of various archeological texts and manuscripts.

Bestiaries

A Bestiary was originally intended as a catalog of the natural world. In practice they often included mythical creatures and religious explanations for their existence. They are important sources for folklorists and anthropologists who study cultural evolution and folk practice.

Celtic Studies

Texts covering everything from early Brehon Law and Scottish charms to ogham, mythology, history, and folk customs of the Celtic Nations.

Grimoires

Digitized copies of early esoteric texts.
