Return Policy

Items Made by House of Dubhrós:

Any uncustomized piece in its originally purchased condition may be exchanged or returned for a refund equal to the original cost of the item within the first thirty days after purchase.

Any customized creation in its originally purchased condition may be exchanged or returned for its original cost of purchase, minus the nonrefundable 50% deposit required to create the piece, within the first thirty days after purchase. The price of all custom pieces include a 50% nonrefundable deposit that covers materials and time.

All returns must must be in their original condition, insured, and in secure packaging. Shipping, insurance, and handling fees are not refundable unless the item has defective craftsmanship. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

House of Dubhrós is not responsible for any tariffs, VATs, or other charges from governments or postal services.

Items Made by other Craft Folk and Local Artists:

Items made by other local artists and crafts folk may not be eligible for return unless defective. Any return or exchange request must be made within the first thirty days after purchase.

Personal items such as soaps, sprays, or oils are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.

House of Dubhrós, its owners, and associates, make no claims regarding religious or cultural items made by local artists. Any information regarding these items are based on the folk or cultural beliefs of the items creators.
